This lesson challenges you to have more inclusive attention and to orient yourself more clearly in the world. Many find this lesson mentally demanding. It can be helpful to remember:
let go of any judgement
Let go of ambition
Be Kind to yourself
Develop the capacity to stay in the process
when you get confused, simply stop, clarify your attention, ask, "What is it you are attempting to do?" and start again.
Applying this lesson to real world experience, when you are in a complex or difficult situation, what are your reactions? Are there some aspects that you find in this lesson?
Over and above all these ideas, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
